Terms of Service
These terms apply to purchases and use of the Sunzout Outdoor Spaces LLC website. Please review them before placing an order, along with our shipping and refund policies and any signed agreement specific to your purchase.
Products, Pricing & Payment
Product availability, pricing, and options may change. Your order or written quote identifies the products selected, applicable charges, and payment requirements. Shipping charges vary by product and destination.
If an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it before proceeding with any changes.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom products requiring CAD approval, including custom pergolas, require a signed CAD drawing and signed terms before production begins. Please carefully review dimensions, materials, finishes, and other specifications before approving your order.
Once production begins, custom products cannot be returned or changed. HDPE cabinets are custom made to order and are not eligible for returns. Motorized screens are made to order and cannot be returned or changed once production begins.
If supplied materials do not match the approved initial CAD drawing, Sunzout will correct the discrepancy by providing new materials that match the approved drawing. These restrictions do not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Design Assistance & Installation
Our design assistance and configurators help customers explore product options and layouts. Final specifications for custom products must be confirmed in the approved order documents.
Sunzout supplies outdoor products and kits. Unless expressly included in a written agreement, installation, site preparation, utility connections, permits, and engineering services are not included. Customers should confirm site measurements and applicable installation requirements with qualified professionals.
Production, Shipping & Delivery
Made-to-order products may take up to 90 days for production and delivery. In-stock products require 2–7 days for processing before shipment, with additional time for transit. Please speak with your designer or our team for current estimates.
Delivery methods may include UPS Ground, LTL freight, or specialized forklift services, depending on the product and destination. Customers must provide accurate delivery information and communicate any access restrictions before shipment.
If we cannot meet a promised shipping deadline, we will notify you and provide the opportunity to accept the delay or cancel for a refund as required by applicable law.

Returns & Refunds
Return eligibility varies by product. Steel outdoor kitchens may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with all associated shipping costs paid by the customer. Appliances may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and undamaged. Furniture may be returned within 30 days of delivery at the customer’s expense.

Shipping Damage
Shipping damage must be documented at the time of arrival. Submit a claim through our support portal with photos of the packaging and damage, along with a concise description identifying the specific damage location.
Sunzout will review the documentation and arrange a remedy for shipping damage. This policy applies to all products, including custom and made-to-order items.
Product Warranties & Support
Warranty coverage depends on the product and its applicable written warranty. Contact our support team for help with product questions, warranty information, or submitting a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website Content & Use
Website text, images, designs, and other content belong to Sunzout or their respective owners. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You may not use this website for unlawful activity or interfere with its operation.
Product images and digital renderings are illustrative. Colors may appear different across screens. Any variation does not change our responsibility to supply the products and specifications agreed upon in your order.

Order Agreements & Applicable Law
Any signed agreement specific to your order will govern that order if it conflicts with these general terms, subject to applicable law. These terms are governed by Florida law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Updates apply prospectively and do not change an existing order or signed agreement without your agreement or as permitted by law.
