Returns & Customer Care
Thank you for choosing Sunzout. Our team is here to help with your purchase and address any concerns. Return eligibility varies by product. Our shipping damage policy applies to all products.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom products, including made-to-order pergolas, require a signed CAD drawing and signed terms before production begins. Once production starts, returns and changes are not accepted.
HDPE cabinets are custom made to order and are not eligible for returns. Motorized screens are also made to order and cannot be returned or changed once production begins.
If supplied materials do not match the approved initial CAD drawing, Sunzout will correct the discrepancy by providing new materials that match the approved drawing.
Steel Outdoor Kitchens
Steel outdoor kitchens may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

Appliances
All appliances may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and undamaged.
Furniture
All furniture may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Shipping damage must be documented at the time of arrival, and a claim must be submitted at support.sunzoutoutdoor.com.
Your claim must include:
- Photos of the packaging.
- Photos clearly showing the damage.
- A concise description of the damage and its specific location on the product.
Sunzout will review the documentation and arrange a remedy for shipping damage. This policy applies to all products, including custom and made-to-order items that are not eligible for returns.
